This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to investments and services provided by GEO Polska ("we," "our," or "us"). By investing in our green energy projects or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Investing in renewable energy projects involves inherent risks, including the potential loss of principal. All investment decisions should be made after careful consideration of your financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance. We strongly recommend consulting with financial, legal, and tax advisors before making any investment.
1. Investment Refund Policy
1.1 Direct Project Investments
For direct investments in specific renewable energy projects:
- Cooling-off Period: A 14-day cooling-off period is provided from the date of investment commitment during which investors may withdraw from the investment and receive a full refund of their principal investment amount, provided that the investment has not yet been allocated to project development activities.
- Post-Allocation Period: Once investment funds have been allocated to project development activities, refunds may be limited or unavailable due to the illiquid nature of renewable energy project investments. Any refund requests after the cooling-off period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees and value adjustments based on project status.
1.2 Green Energy Bonds
For investments in our green energy bonds:
- Primary Market (Initial Offering): During the initial offering period, investors may cancel their subscription and receive a full refund before the closing date of the bond issuance.
- Secondary Market: Once the bonds have been issued, investors wishing to liquidate their investment must sell their bonds on the secondary market at the prevailing market price, which may be higher or lower than the original investment amount. GEO Polska does not provide refunds or buybacks of issued bonds except under exceptional circumstances as outlined in the specific bond prospectus.
1.3 Investment Funds
For investments in our managed funds:
- Redemption Process: Redemption of fund investments is governed by the specific terms outlined in each fund's prospectus, including redemption periods, notice requirements, and applicable fees.
- Redemption Fees: Early redemptions may be subject to redemption fees as detailed in the fund documentation. These fees typically decrease based on the length of the investment holding period.
- Redemption Restrictions: In certain market conditions or circumstances, redemptions may be temporarily suspended to protect the interests of all fund investors. Such suspensions will be implemented in accordance with the fund's governing documents and applicable regulations.
2. Consulting and Advisory Services
For consulting and advisory services provided by GEO Polska:
- Cancellation Before Service Delivery: If you cancel scheduled consulting or advisory services at least 5 business days before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.
- Cancellation Within 5 Business Days: If you cancel scheduled services within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
- After Service Delivery: Once consulting or advisory services have been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of services provided, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery to discuss potential remedies.
3. Event and Workshop Registration
For registrations to events, workshops, or seminars organized by GEO Polska:
- Cancellation by Attendee: Refunds for event registrations are available according to the following schedule:
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee
- 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund
- Cancellation by GEO Polska: In the event that GEO Polska cancels an event, attendees will receive a full refund of registration fees or, at their option, a credit toward a future event.
- Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.
4. Subscription Services
For any subscription-based services offered by GEO Polska:
- Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Prorated Refunds: For annual subscriptions, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription if requested within 30 days of payment. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for prorated refunds.
- Free Trial Conversion: If you cancel a subscription during a free trial period, no refund will be issued as no payment was collected.

We aim to process approved refund requests within 10-15 business days of approval. The actual time for the refunded amount to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and financial institution.

Refunds will typically be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For wire transfers or certain other payment methods, we may require additional banking information to process your refund.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise. If you are seeking a refund outside the terms outlined in this policy due to extraordinary circumstances, please contact our customer service team. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
